Irrigation or Pump Efficiency Signup

Thank you for your interest in water efficiency technical assistance. With funding from the California Department of Food and Agriculture, we are now offering free irrigation evaluations and credits for pump efficiency tests, starting in Fall 2022. Eligible producers must be located in the jurisdiction of the Resource Conservation District of Greater San Diego County, or Upper San Luis Rey Resource Conservation District.
